Max, both these terms are used extremely loosely, I believe. How about waging war on a false casus belli? How about invading a country and then arming an ally to finish the job? War is not war anymore, war is now business and politics. And is this case, Ukraine is used as a pawn sacrifice to weaken Putin's regime.
